Vision delivers comprehensive, automated reporting in real-time across your entire SunSystems application within a familiar desktop environment.
Vision’s Analysis and Reporting functions are accessed within Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, or via Vision’s own, powerful desktop application. Use Vision XL to augment the capabilities of Microsoft Excel and dynamically exchange information between SunSystems databases and Microsoft Excel worksheets. Define single instructions to generate multiple reports from the same inquiry definition in Vision Executive employing pull technology. Alternatively, use push technology to automate scheduled, conditional responses using Alert.
Web browser users can interact directly with Vision queries and reports, live against SunSystems applications and other databases either via an HTML web page, or through a portal interface such as Microsoft SharePoint.
Vision respects SunSystems DAG’s security, so users have the same permission to view data in Vision as they do with Navigation Manager.
