Vision delivers comprehensive, automated reporting in real-time across your entire MICROS Opera Suite or MICROS-Fidelio PMS within a familiar desktop environment.

Vision’s Analysis and Reporting functions are accessed within Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, or via Vision’s own, powerful desktop application.  Web browser users can interact directly with Vision queries and reports, live against MICROS applications and other databases either via an HTML web page, o through a portal interface such as Microsoft SharePoint.

Vision respects MICROS Opera system level security, so users have the same permission to view data in Vision as they do with MICROS Opera. 

Vision has pre-configured the necessary relationships between the data tables of MICROS-Fidelio applications and uses plain English for titles and table columns.

 Vision has inbuilt business logic to deliver direct access to the following MICROS modules:

• Opera Property Management Suite
• Opera Sales & Catering
• Opera Reservation System
• Opera Customer Information System
• MICROS-Fidelio Front Office Versions 6 & 7 Xbase.
