Vision Training

Systems Union offers a comprehensive set of customizable education and training programs for end users, project teams and partners.  There are 3 levels of training offered by Systems Union:

1. Trainer led generic training (standard) - This is delivered at the client site or at our offices and allows the client to have up to 8 people in a classroom.  This is more cost effective as the client only pays the daily rate plus expenses for the trainer, rather than a delegate rate. 

2. Trainer led generic training (bespoke) - This form of training is the usual option for clients as it allows them to choose the sessions within a course that are relevant to them.  It gives them more flexibility as they can condense courses if necessary.  They achieve this by only picking the areas of the course relevant to the delegates attending.

3. Bespoke training - This is when the client has the generic training materials revamped to incorporate their business requirements and processes.  This is a more effective mode of training but does have a higher cost implication.  The reason being is that it takes a maximum of 3 days to bespoke any one day of a generic course to the clients requirements. For example if the client wanted to have the Generic Ledger Accounting course, which is 3 days, it would take a maximum of 9 days to bespoke. The cost for this would be the daily rate of the trainer.
